Privacy policy.

How LEXPORTUM handles personal data on this site and on the pages of its games.

This is a courtesy translation. If there is any difference, the Portuguese version prevails.

1. Who we are

LEXPORTUM LTDA, registered in Brazil under tax ID (CNPJ) 68.847.667/0001-68, based in Maceió/AL, Brazil, is the controller of the personal data processed on this site and on the pages of its games. Contact for privacy matters: contato@lexportum.com.

2. Data we process

  • Browsing: this site uses no tracking or advertising cookies and does not build visitor profiles.
  • Audience measurement: we count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not identify individual visitors.
  • Technical logs: the hosting service may record IP address, date, time and page accessed, for security and diagnostics.
  • Email: if you write to us, we process your name, email address and the content of the message in order to reply.
  • Interest sign-up: when a game page offers a sign-up, we will process the email address and preferences you provide, always with consent. No sign-up is open today.

3. Purposes and legal bases

  • Replying to contacts: legitimate interest and pre-contractual steps (art. 7, V and IX, of Brazilian Law no. 13,709/2018 — LGPD).
  • Sending news about a game to people who signed up: consent (art. 7, I).
  • Security and audience measurement of the site: legitimate interest (art. 7, IX).

4. Who we share data with

Only with the processor needed for the site to work: Cloudflare, Inc., which provides hosting, content delivery, audience measurement and email forwarding. Because Cloudflare operates servers in several countries, an international transfer of data may take place, under arts. 33 and following of the LGPD. We do not sell personal data.

5. How long we keep data

Contact messages: for as long as needed to handle the request. Interest sign-ups: until consent is withdrawn or communication about the game ends. Technical logs: for the period set by the hosting service and by applicable law.

6. Your rights

You may ask for confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymisation, portability, deletion and withdrawal of consent, as well as information about sharing. Just write to the email address above. You may also lodge a complaint with the Brazilian data protection authority (ANPD).

7. Children and teenagers

We do not knowingly collect data from children. Sign-ups are intended for people aged 18 or over, or for teenagers with authorisation from a legal guardian.

8. Games

Each game will have its own privacy policy, published before release, describing the data processed inside the game.

9. Changes

This policy may be updated. The version in force will always be on this page.
